Welcome to the Reading Room!

Hello! Welcome to the Reading Room.  My name is Lauren Ricciardi and I am the literacy interventionist for Montowese.  My job entails working with students who need a little extra support in reading.  I work with students to strengthen their skills in all areas of reading: phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. 
 
I very passionate about helping ALL students learn to read.  I hold a Structured Literacy Dyslexia Interventionist certification and am currently enrolled in a practicum to become certified in Orton-Gillingham (OG) at the Classroom Educator level.
